As an educator, Arlene works to empower through storytelling, performance, and community building. She emphasizes self and social awareness, empathy, and actualization. She works with youth, adults and special education high school students. She is trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Forum Theater, Social Justice and Equity based modalities.
Arlene is also an Interpersonal Communications Specialist working with hospitals to improve the way medical professionals relate to their patients.
